Refunds and returns:

If the product is damaged by your own actions, such as tipping the cup or dropping it on the ground, there is no refund for this.

 Products that arrives damaged in the mail, the post office has its own damage insurance for this.

 If you make a purchase and 'change your mind', please contact us to cancel your booking within 12 hours of your confirmation.

When purchasing multiple products, excess postage will be refunded!

The product should not be placed in the dishwasher or microwave or soaked.

Wash by hand with warm water and soap and rinse lightly on the outside.

Should avoid direct sunlight for long periods of time!
